That need continued long after the pandemic. Businesses wanted a trusted team to handle some of their customer interactions, giving their own people more time to focus on their core work. The division grew and was later sold along with the company it belonged to.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

A few years later, its founder bought the division back. Today, Milanoa continues the work it was created to do: helping organizations serve their customers through a team that adapts to their tools and ways of working, and takes the time to listen to every person who reaches out.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Milanoa brings together 70 bilingual agents based here in Canada. They serve your customers in French and English, take the time to understand each request and know that a good conversation can shape how someone feels about your organization. Every time a customer reaches out, our agents represent your business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before they begin serving customers, every agent completes six weeks of internal training. They learn our methods and tools, then prepare for the specific needs of the organizations they will support. That preparation gives them the confidence to respond well while keeping each conversation natural and personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
